By accessing or using our Cat Kombat Game, Movie Series, or related platforms (including websites, applications, and NFTs), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our platforms. We aim to comply with global legal frameworks, including those from the European Union (EU), United States, and international data and privacy regulations.

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing or using Cat Kombat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility​

Cat Kombat is intended for users aged 18 and above. By using the platform, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws, including age restrictions in your country.

3. Registration and Account Security​

To access certain features of Cat Kombat, you may be required to register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Platform​

You agree to use Cat Kombat only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations worldwide, including:

  • European Union (GDPR)
  • United States (CCPA, COPPA)
  • Global regulations concerning blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital assets

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform, including the use of bots or automated software.
  • Upload or distribute content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities, including attempting to manipulate the economy, game outcomes, or rewards.
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.

5. Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Use​

Cat Kombat integrates with blockchain technology, including but not limited to CKG Tokens and NFTs. By using these services, you acknowledge:

  • Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions (e.g., crypto purchases, NFT trading) are immutable and cannot be reversed.
  • Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for managing your private keys, wallet addresses, and other blockchain credentials. Cat Kombat is not liable for any loss of funds or NFTs resulting from your failure to secure your blockchain assets.
  • Regulatory Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of cryptocurrencies complies with local, national, and international laws and regulations, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures required in various regions.

6. In-Game Currency (CKG Tokens)​

Cat Kombat uses its native cryptocurrency, CKG Tokens, which can be earned through gameplay, purchased through supported exchanges, and traded for in-game assets such as NFTs.

  • Non-Refundable: All CKG Token purchases, transfers, and exchanges are final and non-refundable.
  • Non-Legal Tender: CKG Tokens are not fiat currency and do not represent legal tender in any jurisdiction.
  • Tokenomics: Cat Kombat reserves the right to adjust the tokenomics model, including changes to token supply, rewards, or staking mechanisms, as needed to ensure economic sustainability.

7. Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)​

NFTs within Cat Kombat represent in-game assets, including characters, skins, weapons, and other digital items. By purchasing or trading NFTs, you agree:

  • Ownership Rights: Ownership of an NFT grants you digital property rights over the tokenized item, but not intellectual property rights over the game’s core content.
  • Marketplace Transactions: NFT transactions occur in decentralized marketplaces. You are responsible for any associated blockchain transaction fees (e.g., gas fees).
  • No Guarantees of Value: The value of NFTs may fluctuate. Cat Kombat makes no guarantees regarding the future value of any NFT.

8. Intellectual Property Rights​

All content on the Cat Kombat platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, music, animations, and other multimedia elements, is the intellectual property of Cat Kombat or its licensors. You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection​

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. Cat Kombat complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union, as well as global data protection standards. By using Cat Kombat, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination of Account​

Cat Kombat reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or any other conduct that Cat Kombat deems harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, you forfeit access to any in-game assets, including CKG Tokens and NFTs.

11. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cat Kombat will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of in-game currency or NFTs due to unauthorized access or third-party hacking.
  • System errors, bugs, or server outages.
  • Fluctuations in the value of CKG Tokens or NFTs.

12. Changes to the Terms​

Cat Kombat reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Global Compliance and Governing Law​

These Terms and any disputes related to the platform will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], ensuring compliance with applicable worldwide regulations including, but not limited to:
