1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
No Refunds on Digital Assets:
Purchases of NFTs, tokens, or in-game assets within Cat Kombat are non-refundable due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed.
Exceptions: Refunds may only be processed under specific legal obligations. Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions will result in thorough investigations, with violators facing account suspension, asset forfeiture, and potential legal action.
2. KYC (Know Your Customer) & AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Policy
Identity Verification (KYC):
All users engaging in high-value or crypto-related transactions must comply with mandatory identity verification procedures to ensure platform security and compliance with regulations.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Protections:
Cat Kombat implements strict AML measures to prevent illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, or terrorism financing. Any suspicious activity will trigger account reviews and may result in account suspension or legal reporting.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Activities:
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in actions that undermine the platform’s integrity, including but not limited to:
- Hacking or exploiting vulnerabilities in the system
- Bot usage for automated gameplay advantages
- Interference with blockchain infrastructure
Any violations will result in immediate suspension, permanent bans, and legal proceedings when appropriate.
4. Content Creation and Intellectual Property Policy
Ownership of User-Generated Content:
While Cat Kombat encourages community participation through videos, blogs, and social media posts, all content related to Cat Kombat must adhere to the platform’s intellectual property guidelines. Unauthorized use of Cat Kombat's branding, game elements, or IP is strictly forbidden. Legal action will be pursued if violations occur.
5. Community Guidelines
Behavioral Standards:
Cat Kombat promotes a positive, respectful, and inclusive community. Any forms of harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory comments will result in moderation penalties, including temporary or permanent bans.
Safe Environment: Players are expected to contribute positively, and reports of misconduct will be thoroughly investigated, with repeat offenders permanently removed from the platform.
6. In-Game Asset Policy
Ownership Rights:
Players have full ownership of the NFTs and assets acquired in Cat Kombat, subject to compliance with platform rules. However, all trading, selling, or transfers must occur through officially approved channels.
Unauthorized Trades: Off-platform trades are not supported, and any assets involved in fraud will be frozen or confiscated without notice.
7. Rewards and Incentives Policy
Earning Rewards:
Players earn CKG Tokens and in-game bonuses through gameplay, tournaments, and promotional events. Rewards are non-convertible to fiat currency unless explicitly stated, and attempts to manipulate the reward system will result in the forfeiture of earned rewards and suspension of accounts.
8. Third-Party Links and Integration Policy
Engaging with Third-Party Services:
While Cat Kombat integrates with third-party services, such as external crypto wallets and exchanges, it assumes no responsibility for security breaches, lost assets, or any other issues arising from third-party platforms. Players are advised to exercise caution and use services at their own risk.
9. Security Policy
Account and Data Security:
Cat Kombat is committed to ensuring the security of user data and digital assets through the use of encryption, secure storage, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts by safeguarding login credentials and enabling 2FA where possible.
Breach Notification Protocols: In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified immediately, and steps will be taken to minimize damage.
10. Dispute Resolution Policy
Handling Disputes:
In the event of disputes regarding assets, transactions, or gameplay issues, Cat Kombat offers a structured dispute resolution process. Disputes may be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or legal action, depending on severity.
Appeals Process: Players have the right to appeal bans or suspensions within 30 days of enforcement, and all decisions will be carefully reviewed by the Cat Kombat team.
